CMS Pauses PEPPER Reports and Seeks Input

Distribution of the Program for Evaluating Payment Patterns Electronic Reports (PEPPERs) is temporarily paused as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) work on enhancing and updating the program and reporting system. This pause will last through the fall of 2024. CMS is seeking to improving the quality and accessibility of the reports. To achieve this, CMS is seeking responses to a series of questions outlined in the Request for Information (RFI). Your input will help CMS reevaluate PEPPERs and improve the program's effectiveness and accessibility.
