Training Opportunity: Understanding Behavior from the Inside Out

Understanding Behavior From The Inside Out
Humans cannot avoid communicating and everything we do communicates with those around us. Communication is also an outward expression of a physical state. This program leverages cutting-edge research to help participants better understand what those they serve are trying to say and how to respond.

Objectives include:
  • Develop greater understanding of the role of environment and context as influencers of behavior.
  • Recognize under-recognized physical changes and conditions that affect a person's mood, cognition, and behavior.
  • Learn strategies to be a better detective and figure out what is driving a person's behavior.Presenter
