Need help addressing the traumatic impact of the pandemic on residents?

During the COVID-19 crisis, much of the way we care for residents is constantly changing and we've all had to adjust to this "new normal" for an indefinite period. Recognizing the traumatic impact of this kind of crisis, so you can promote health and well-being, is a key aspect of delivering quality care and supporting those on the front lines.

To assist you in your efforts, MHCA is planning a four-part webinar series – Beyond COVID-19: Delivering Quality Care during a Pandemic. These webcasts will be held from 1-2:30PM on the following dates: April 14, 16, 28 & 30, 2021. The goal is to focus on four key aspects of care: (1) psycho-social well-being, (2) dementia care and validation techniques, (3) addressing distress through meaningful activities, and (4) understanding quality of life tags and protecting resident rights. For details, you may click here to visit the event page on our website.

We hope you will take advantage of this timely educational opportunity.
