Maine Administrators Licensing Board Rules

The anticipated updates to the Rules of the Nursing Home Administrators Licensing Board have been released. These Maine state regulations apply to Multi-Level Long-Term Care Administrators, Temporary Administrators, Administrators-in-Training, and Residential Care Facility Administrators. Please review the new rules carefully and take note of several important changes including AIT, and continuing education.
