AHCA/NCAL Convention Cancelled Due to Weather
The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL)'s Delivering Solutions '24 Convention to be held in Orlando, Florida was cancelled earlier this week due to hurricane Milton. Florida Governor DeSantis declared Orange County (the county of Orlando) to be in a state of emergency because of the storm. While disappointing, the safety of all attendees, speakers, sponsors and vendors was paramount. AHCA/NCAL will be in touch regarding registration refunds in the coming days.
Maine's 10 Quality Award winners will be recognized at our Fall Conference next week at the Samoset Resort in Rockland, ME.
