We are excited to announce a new partnership with Community Pharmacies, offering on-site vaccine clinics for all post-acute centers across the state!
Community Pharmacies can provide a full range of seasonal vaccines, including COVID-19, Influenza, RSV, and Pneumovax, all administered conveniently at your location.
Additionally, Community Pharmacies have secured a limited supply of CDC-provided COVID vaccines. These vaccines are available for any staff member or resident who is uninsured or whose insurance does not cover the vaccine (including those receiving Medicare Part A skilled care)
