Feedback Survey on the MaineCare Rate Determination Process (Rate Reform)

The MaineCare Advisory Council is surveying all provider types to collect input on the rate reform process. Your feedback is essential as the council develops recommendations to the Department for a sustainable, efficient, and value-oriented rate-setting system as outlined in MRS Title 22, §3173-J. This system, proposed by the Department and enacted by the Maine Legislature, is key to ensuring fair and effective payment models for MaineCare services.
