CMS Extends Implementation of Revised Surveyor Guidance

The implementation of QSO-25-12-NH by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has been extended to March 24, 2025. Originally set for February 2025, this revised guidance, announced in November, allows centers additional time to update their policies and processes to comply with the changes.
