Five Star Preview Reports Availability & Access Instructions

The Five Star Preview Reports will be accessible on or around February 19, 2025. As of August 2023, Provider Preview Reports have transitioned to iQIES. https://qtso.cms.gov/news-and-updates/notice-5-star-preview-reports-february-2025
Follow these steps to locate your Provider Preview Report:
  1. Log into iQIES at https://iqies.cms.gov/ using your Health Care Quality Information Systems (HCQIS) Access Roles and Profile (HARP) user ID and password.
  2. Select "My Reports" from the Reports menu.
  3. On the My Reports page, navigate to the Provider Preview Reports folder.

Nursing Home Care Compare will update with the January Five Star data on or around February 26, 2025.
The Five Star Help Line (800-839-9290) will be available from February 24 to February 28, 2025.
