3/13/25 Legislative Update
A huge thank you to the members who have gotten involved and contacted lawmakers in response to our multiple action alerts over the past few weeks. Unfortunately, the Senate was unable to come to an agreement on the supplemental budget, and the bill ultimately failed. The Governor and Legislature will have now have to figure out a new approach to fully fund MaineCare for the rest of the year. Long term care providers rate's are not currently scheduled to be curtailed, but that may change in the coming weeks.
