DHHS NF Rate Reform Update: Value Based Payment Scorecards

From DHHS' Quality, Excellence, Staffing, and Teamwork (QuEST) group:

In the upcoming days, Administrators will receive your facility's initial VBP scorecard. The scorecard will include not only your facility's performance on the three performance measures, but also the expected benchmarks for each measure. The QuEST team has scheduled office hours on April 29^th from 10:00-11:00 am to review and answer questions you may have about scorecards. We appreciate this is a new process and we look forward to working with you to make improvements based on your feedback. These office hours are optional and will be recorded. Registration is required for this Zoom meeting.
