Invitation: Dementia Care Toolbox Workgroup – May 15th

As the Maine Dementia Care Partnership reemerges, your expertise is more important than ever. We're reaching out to invite you to a special workgroup meeting on May 15th at 1:00 PM to review and update our current dementia care toolbox.
This session is an opportunity to ensure we're sharing the most current, effective tools and practices with care teams across the state. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the future of this important resource.

Please note: This workgroup is a separate initiative and does not count toward your QuEST-required hours as part of the VBP program.
