May 15, 2025 – NHSN Reporting Deadline for Influenza, C. difficile, and UTIs

The following reports are due to the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) by midnight on May 15, 2025:
  • Annual CMS-required Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report
  • State-required reporting for C. difficile and Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs) for Q4 2024 (October–December 2024)
Failure to submit this data may result in Medicare reimbursement reductions and/or state-imposed penalties.
