Member-hosted Facility Tour: State Representative Charles Skold Visits 75 State Street for Community Dialogue

On May 19th, State Representative Charles Skold visited 75 State Street to meet with residents and engage in a meaningful conversation about key issues affecting older adults in Maine.

During his visit, Representative Skold joined the community's Current Affairs Group, where he participated in a lively and thoughtful discussion. Residents voiced their concerns about critical topics such as Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and other pressing policy matters.

“We appreciated Representative Skold's willingness to listen and engage with our residents,” said Katy Smith, Vice President of Senior Living. “It's important for our community to have a voice in the legislative process, and this visit was a valuable opportunity to share our perspectives.”

The visit reflects 75 State Street's ongoing commitment to civic engagement and advocacy on behalf of its residents.
