Christine Riendeau Selected for AHCA/NCAL 2025 Future Leaders Program

The Maine Health Care Association is pleased to announce that Christine Riendeau, Vice President of Human Resources for First Atlantic Healthcare has been selected to participate in the American Health Care Association/ National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Future Leaders Program. This program is designed to enhance long term care leaders to be stronger contributors to the state affiliates and AHCA/NCAL. Participants will be engaged in a year-long training program. Thirty-nine professionals were selected.

She is excited to contribute to advocacy efforts at the state and national level.”
  
AHCA/NCAL developed the Future Leaders program in 2004. Selected participants demonstrate both leadership potential and represent the interests of state and national long term care providers. The program covers the latest theories and practical applications in quality management, customer satisfaction, and leadership. The year-long program kicks off with the “Future Leaders of Long Term Care in America” Symposium held in September in Washington, D.C.
