DHHS and the Maine Department of Labor are hosting the 2025 Health Workforce Summit on October 16, 2025 at the Augusta Civic Center from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm. The Summit will shine the light on successful strategies while we strengthen collaboration to tackle evolving challenges.  Mark your calendars!

In addition, they invite proposals from across the entire health workforce ecosystem including, but not limited to, workforce strategies for front line and direct support, long term care, behavioral health, EMS, hospital and health systems, community based and facility-based care, oral health, specialty care and others.

They also invite proposals from: public-private partnerships, collaboratives, employers, educators, students, youth, and workers.  Do you have a model you'd like to highlight?  Abstract Submission Deadline: August 8, 2025.
