Paid Family Medical Leave Updated Employee FAQ

The Paid Family and Medical Leave (PFML) program has updated question #21 in the employee frequently asked questions (FAQ) document to clarify the taxability of employee deductions for PFML premiums is based on guidance released by the Federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) in January 2025.   

The updated FAQ can be found under the Department's webpage on paid family and medical leave under the frequently asked questions tab.
