Change In DLC SNF/NF and Multi-level Applications

DLC has reviewed the license renewal application and renewal process and has determined that the previous version of the application (specifically Section 9) created delays in facilitating timely license renewals. As such, DLC has removed the requirement for the extra documentation to be provided with the applications. While DLC is not asking for these at that time, if requested by DLC, the facility should be able to provide those documents required by rules.
