We are excited to announce that our friends at BerryDunn will be presenting a newly added session at our Fall Conference:

Navigating Maine's Evolving Long-Term Care Landscape: Policy, Payment, and Practice in 2026
Thursday, October 30th from 1:00 - 2:30 PM

This session will provide a comprehensive overview of the latest developments shaping Maine's long term care sector in 2025, and their impacts on the future of Maine's long-term care industry. Attendees will gain insights into state-level trends in cost and reimbursement, including Nursing Facility (NF) Rate Updates — a review of the NF specialty care model and value-based payment adjustments — and Assisted Housing, Chapter 113 Rules — a broader look at the restructured rules governing Assisted Living and Residential Care Facilities, including licensing, staffing, and service delivery changes. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how these changes impact operations, compliance, and strategic planning—and how to position their organizations for success in a rapidly evolving regulatory and financial environment.
