Free Online Dietary Manager Certification Opportunity for Maine Residents

Northern Maine Community College is launching a Certified Dietary Manager training program this October. Thanks to support from the Harold Alfond Center for the Advancement of Maine's Workforce, qualified Maine residents can enroll at no cost.

The program is 100% online, runs from October 2025 through May 2026, and prepares foodservice professionals to sit for the CDM, CFPP national certification exam. Applicants must have at least two years of full-time, non-commercial food service management or supervisory experience.

Enrollment is limited—early registration is encouraged.
