MaineCare Updated MDS Documentation Guidance

The new guidelines are organized by payment group rather than MDS item, which may lead to confusion. We strongly encourage all MDS coordinators to review the guidance carefully and submit any questions directly to the Maine Case Mix Team for clarification.
MHCA and AHCA will continue to collaborate with state and national partners to address areas of conflict and concern.
