Registration for the 2025 Fall Health Care Conference & Expo is Closed

Registration for the Fall Conference closed on October 14th but that doesn't mean you have to miss out on the fun! You can still register onsite. Please not that a $35 late registration fee will apply.

*If you are already registered for the conference and added multiple attendees to your registration form, the registration confirmation email you received does not get shared with the other folks on the form. It is only sent to the person that filled out the original registration form. Please be sure to forward the Attendee Info link, embedded in the confirmation email, to every person you registered so they can access the page and any important reminders posted there.
