Upcoming Listening Sessions on Rulemaking for Nursing Facility Regulations

DHHS has scheduled two upcoming listening sessions focused on the planned revision of 10-144 CMR Ch. 110, Regulations Governing the Licensing and Functioning of Skilled Nursing Facilities and Nursing Facilities. The sessions will be held on Tuesday, December 16th at 10:00 AM and January 7^th at 2:00 PM.

These listening sessions are part of the Department's ongoing efforts to engage with stakeholders and improve services. This is a good opportunity to provide input and feedback on:

• Areas where clarity is needed;
• Identifying redundant provisions that may be removed;
• Areas where language or best practices need to be updated.
