Assisted Housing Part B Staffing Submission

As part of the final adoption of 10-144 CMR Chapter 113: Assisted Housing Programs Licensing Rule, under Part B, all Residential Care Facilities (RCFs) will need to submit data by January 16, 2026 to the Division of Licensing and Certification on a no less then quarterly basis.

The Department has developed a SurveyMonkey data collection tool.
The first quarter of data submission will cover the period of October 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025.  
The collection tool and updated information has been released and is available on DHHS Assisted-housing web page.
Ensure you meet the January 16 deadline.
