Slides Available from DLC Listening Session on Proposed Changes to 10-144 Chapter 110 Regulations Governing the Licesning and Functioning of Skilled Nursing Facilities and Nursing Facilities.

Maine's Division of Licensing held the 3rd of three listening sessions on January 7, to hear feedback on proposed changes to 10-144 CMR Chapter 110 Regulations Governing the Licensing and Functioning of Skilled Nursing Facilities and Nursing Facilities.
Two things to know about this listening session:
- The format of this meeting took the same shape as the previous meetings (more or less), by looking for feedback on redundancies in language, outdated terms, and outdated language.
- During this listening session on January 7, MHCA reiterated the request made during the 2nd listening session on 12/15, that DLC creates a collaborative working group approach to proposed changes to the regs. There's been no word back yet from DLC in response to our request. Stay tuned.
