Legislative Update
Good news for those of you following along with MHCA's bill, LD 2131 An Act to Preserve and Improve Access to Nursing Facility Services in the State, sponsored by Sen. Grohoski. The bill passed in the Committee on Health and Human Services on March 12 with unanimous support. The passage of the bill in the committee means it's cleared another hurdle toward becoming law. Next stop will be the Senate floor for possible discussion and votes. Stay tuned!
