MHCA Recognizes Maureen Carland, 2026 Quality Awards Examiner

We are very proud to recognize our very own Maureen “Moe” Carland, Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs, who has been selected to serve as 2026 AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Silver Examiner. Moe is one of many outstanding professionals who play a vital role in advancing quality improvement across long-term and post-acute care nationwide.

By applying her extensive training in the Baldrige Excellence Framework and Quality Award criteria, Moe helps to ensure a fair and thorough review process at the Silver award levels. While Moe's commitment strengthens the integrity of the National Quality Award Program, it also brings invaluable insights back to local communities, enhancing organizational excellence and improving quality of care and quality of life for the residents we serve.
