CMS Quality Improvement Program

The services provides through the Quality Improvement Program are provided at no-cost, and include technical assistance to New England's nursing homes, hospitals and outpatient clinical practices—focused on improving quality, strengthening care transitions, advancing patient safety, with the goal of enhancing outcomes.
You may already be connected to Healthcentric Advisors, as they've been working with Maine nursing homes for over 10 years, and are in the process of connecting with individual facilities and corporate partners.
