Training for New MaineCare Partner Portal

The Department is inviting trading partners to register for training starting September 8, 2026 to help prepare for the transition to the new portal. Trading partners include providers, billing agents, health plans, clearinghouses, and business associates. Trading partners have an important role to play in supporting a smooth transition and uninterrupted access to the portal after go-live.
Gainwell Technologies will be leading live virtual instructor-led training sessions. These courses will provide the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the new portal, complete daily business functions, and use new portal features. Training demonstrations, materials, and supporting resources will help participants prepare for a successful transition.
