Karen Michaud to leave MHCA, Ashley Ellis to take on education director role

MHCA Director of Education Karen Michaud has announced that she will be leaving the Association, as she has decided to relocate out of state.  We wish Karen well and will remember her for the outstanding programs she has planned and hosted over the past seventeen years.  Our Annual Conference at the Samoset Resort has been a big part of her job and a testament to her excellent organizational skills.  She has also had a special knack for finding the most outstanding keynote speakers for that event.

Fortunately for MHCA,  Ashley Ellis's experience and skills make her the ideal candidate to step into the  Director's position.  Ashley has been with MHCA for more than ten years and involved in the details of managing our diverse education programs and special events.  As MHCA members and her coworkers will attest, Ashley is a pleasure to work with and a skilled problem solver.  She will bring enthusiasm to this enhanced role and we look forward to continued strong programming from MHCA.
