Maine State of Emergency Ends: Waivers Under Review

As Maine's state of emergency comes to an end on June 30th please be aware that certain state waivers may also end. MHCA has requested clarification on which waivers will end and which may continue. As soon as we have guidance from the DHHS division of licensing we will notify members to any potential changes. In addition, we recognize that waivers pertaining to staffing are of the utmost priority and will continue to advocate that these not end with the conclusion of the state of emergency.
