eConsult offers Remote Specialty Providers

eConsult, in partnership with ConferMED is an opportunity to access specialty providers remotely with the main goal of identifying and assisting Maine based providers.
 
Highlights of this pilot:
  • Applications for healthcare sites are due by end of business day August 12th - link for application (est. time to complete ~25 minutes) https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/MEeCN
  • The funding opportunity is for up to 10 care sites
  • Goal is to select sites in September and “go live” in October
  • The site would need to commit 0.1 FTE (in total) of in-kind support, consisting of Administration/Operational Support with a Clinical & Leadership Champion

  • If your site is already doing eConsult and you would like to expand your program, please apply
  • No cost to your home for eConsult services during the period of this pilot
