Still time to register your DON for the Nurse Leadership Institute!

Having dynamic and results-oriented nurse leaders is an essential aspect of providing excellent care and preserving residents' quality of life. Are you creating space for your nurses to connect with peers, participate in education, and grow their leadership skills?
 
MHCA is thrilled to announce our first-ever online Nurse Leadership Institute for Directors of Nursing (or nurses exploring this career path). The goal is to expand knowledge of industry practices, improve communication and leadership skills, and provide the tools and resources necessary to lead effectively. This condensed version will be hosted online (via Zoom), one afternoon every two weeks, across nine course dates. For details, you may refer to the NLI Brochure. 
 
To enroll, please register online. Once you complete the form, a confirmation will be sent to the email you provided. If you prefer to request a check from your facility (vs. paying by PayPal), please use the confirmation email to invoice your facility. Payment is due one week prior to the event.
