MaineCare to Update RCF and NF rates to reflect a 1.0% COLA

MaineCare has issued notification that updated rate letters related to implementation of updated NF direct care and routine rates, and RCF direct care rates to reflect a 1.0% COLA are now accessible and will be implemented February 1, 2026.
