Mike McNeil Scholarship Cash Calendar Drawings - Buy Your Tickets Today!

Here's how it works:
- Each member facility is asked to sell 10 Cash Calendars.
- Cost is $10 per entry ($100 for 10)
- Members can sell them individually or buy them to give as staff incentives!
- Use the enclosed sign to designate a salesperson in your facility and display it in a common staff area in your center.
- Be sure to use home addresses for each entry so we can send winnings directly.
- To be guaranteed for drawing on February 1, send one total payment and one Collection Form to MHCA by January 29, 2026.
- To ensure timely processing, we encourage forms and payments to be processed online. We also accept mailed forms and checks.
- Checks can be made payable to MHCA (with MMSF noted in the memo line). Please do not send cash through the mail.
- The Collection Form can be mailed with the payment, uploaded on the online payment form or emailed directly to dchicoine[at]mehca.org.
- Additional entries are welcome any time during the fundraiser but won't be put into the drawing until the form and payment are submitted.
Tune in to the MHCA Facebook page & weekly E-News for winner announcements. Entrants may win multiple times during the month.
