Time is running out to join the Northeast CMS QIN-QIO. Led by IPRO in collaboration with Healthcentric Advisors, the program gives nursing homes access to no-cost training, data, coaching, technical assistance, and peer learning to strengthen quality and performance.
 
Enrolled providers have access to:
Quality Improvement 101 Guided Learning | Begins August 18
A six-week quality improvement program. Participants may complete the training live or through the learning management system, with weekly structured coaching to apply course concepts to a facility-selected improvement project
Infection Prevention Workshop | Additional Session Coming in October
A two-day workshop for new IPs. The August workshop has already reached capacity. An additional session is planned for October for enrolled nursing homes.
Nursing Home Standard Analytic Reports | Coming Soon
Updated quality reports will show performance across key long-stay and short-stay quality measures. The QIO team can help organizations interpret results, identify priorities, and turn data into focused improvement action.
 
To access these opportunities, along with individualized clinical and quality improvement coaching, practical tools, and peer learning, nursing homes must enroll. Enrollment closes at the end of August. If you haven't already joined, now is the time.
