Health & Safety Protocols

Updated July 18, 2022
We value the health, safety, and well-being of our members and the residents they care for above all else. To attend the 2022 MHCA Fall Health Care Conference and Expo you are required to:
  1. Provide proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. To be considered fully vaccinated, you must be two weeks past your second dose in a 2-dose series (Pfizer or Moderna) or two weeks past a single-dose vaccine (J&J/Janssen). To submit proof of vaccination, please click here. Please note that only those who provide proof of full vaccination prior to traveling to the Samoset Resort, will be able to participate in the conference.
  1. Follow all state, local, and private business health and safety measures that are in place while attending the event.
  1. Do not attend if you experience COVID-19 symptoms, test positive for COVID-19, or are exposed to a COVID-19 positive individual within the last 14 days prior to attending the conference to avoid the risk of infecting others.
